Membership Cancellation

• Cancellation of membership requires a 15-day written notice (e-mail to office@unitybjjgr.com) prior to the monthly draft date.  

Program Credits and Refunds

• Programs are non-refundable and make up classes not available. 
• There will be no make-up classes for scheduled holidays, snow days, or other weather conditions beyond our control. 
• Requests for credit or refund for a medical reason will require documentation and approval by the management.
• Credit will not be issued for classes not attended.
